I lived with a gal some years ago, her little "princess" a maltese (think that's spelled right) would torment my cat to the ends of the world. the apartment was on the 2nd floor but the landscape fell down hill in the back Achilles, my wonderful cat was hangin with us on the back porch (balcony)this dog came running out to torment my cat.. Achilles took one look and jumped... he was ok and that is what made this such a comical event.
The puppies in the picture remind me of that dog.
